Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the proper and prohibited uses of STARPHONE's services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these guidelines to ensure a safe, high-quality experience for everyone.

1. Personal Use Only

This service is intended exclusively for individual, human communication ("Personal Use"). It is designed for everyday conversations between friends, family, and personal contacts. It is strictly not designed for commercial announcements, alerts, high-volume broadcasting, or mass distribution of information.

2. No Automated Traffic

The use of scripts, bots, auto-dialers, or automated systems to send messages or place calls is strictly prohibited. Accessing our services via unauthorized APIs, macros, or third-party automation tools constitutes a violation of our terms and will result in immediate account termination.

3. Conversational Patterns

To maintain network integrity and ensure compliance with carrier standards, message traffic should reflect normal conversational patterns. This means maintaining a balanced ratio of sending and receiving messages. Accounts that engage in one-way broadcasting or excessive sending without corresponding replies may be flagged for review.

4. Anti-Spam Zero Tolerance

We have a zero-tolerance policy for unsolicited messages or spam. You may only contact individuals who have consented to be contacted by you. Accounts found violating this rule, or receiving a high volume of blocks/flags from recipients, will be suspended immediately without refund.

5. Prohibited Content

You must not use the Services to transmit, promote, or facilitate:

  • Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech
  • Adult content or services
  • Weapons, drugs, or other controlled substances
  • Gambling services (where prohibited)
  • Phishing, scams, or deceptive practices

6. Compliance with Laws

You must use STARPHONE in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CTIA guidelines.

7. Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and cooperate with law enforcement as necessary.
