Robocall Mitigation and Anti-Spam Policy
Commitment to Lawful Communication
STARPHONE LLC ("STARPHONE") has a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal robocalls, spoofing, and unsolicited spam messages. We are fully committed to complying with the FCC's STIR/SHAKEN framework and the TRACED Act to maintain the integrity of the telecommunications network.
Our Mitigation Measures
To prevent our platform from being used for illegal activities, we enforce the following measures:
1. Know Your Customer (KYC)
We do not allow anonymous usage. All users must verify a valid mobile phone number via One-Time Password (OTP) upon registration. We reserve the right to request additional business verification documents for high-volume accounts.
2. Traffic Monitoring
Our systems actively monitor for traffic patterns indicative of illegal robocalling, such as:
- Short-duration calls (under 6 seconds) in high volume.
- Low Average Seizure Ratios (ASR).
- Caller ID spoofing attempts.
3. Enforcement Actions
If suspicious activity is detected, STARPHONE reserves the right to:
- Immediately suspend the account pending investigation.
- Permanently terminate services without refund for confirmed violations.
- Report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement and the Industry Traceback Group.
4. Cooperation with Regulators
STARPHONE LLC is registered in the FCC Robocall Mitigation Database (FRN: 0037491578). We pledge full cooperation with the Industry Traceback Group (ITG) and the FCC to identify and stop sources of illegal traffic.
